All rentals are weekly from Saturday through Saturday unless other arrangements have been made.

In Season: Mid-May through mid-October and Christmas/New Year:

• $1400 (Canadian) for 6 guests - $100 each extra person
• Parties of 4 or less: Contact us regarding rate reductions
• Deposit: 50% due at time of booking - Balance due upon arrival
• Cancellations: 50% of the deposit may be refunded if we can fill the booking
• Security Deposit $250 - Fully refundable on departure if no damage

Also included:

• Appliances include full size fridge/freezer, electric stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster oven, washer & dryer
• TV, VCR and CD/tape player
• Telephone available for local calls, with long distance calls accessed via calling card
• The Guest House is centrally heated for the convenience of early spring or late fall guests
